Melody previously worked as a Premier Relationship Manager for HSBC Bank Plc for more than seven years. Her main responsibility was to manage a portfolio of high net worth individuals. This involved a holistic approach towards clients’ banking and financial needs.
Her experience complements her current role as Business Support perfectly; most importantly, her commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
Melody loves spending most of her time with her family. Her five-year-old daughter always keep her on my toes! Melody thoroughly enjoys it; after all, she gets to do things and go places where she can act like a child all over again.
Melody’s interests are anything to do with arts and crafts. She does a bit of everything, including painting, drawing and sewing. In any given spare time, she enjoys making things from scratch or starting artistic projects.

What has been your proudest moment as a member of the HFA team?
Being a part of the HFA team! I’m proud to be working within a great team. The fact that each and everyone’s differences and similarities work well together. The collective aim is to better the service we provide our clients, as well as the betterment and success of the company.

Learning the job and improving on whatever I believe will make me work efficiently and effectively. At the same time, doing things right the first time.
