At work
Alex joined HFA as a paraplanner in January 2020 with 3+ years’ experience and the desire to move into a client advisory role. During the pandemic she achieved her Advanced Diploma and continued her professional development. At the beginning of 2022, Alex will be eligible for the coveted Chartered Financial Planner status. HFA is extremely pleased to support and reward her endeavours with promotion to a Financial Planner position. Alex’s role is to help deliver a first class, client centric service whilst still being mentored and supported in her advisory capacity.
Drawing on her technical knowledge, Alex helps client to first understand their aspirations before building their personalised Plan. Once the way forward is agreed upon, she helps clients implementing the Plan with periodic reviews for any course adjustment – all within the auspices of improving the client’s overall wellbeing.
Previously she worked within the back office at financial institutions including JP Morgan and HSBC.
