- If we do fall short of your expectations, we will endeavour to make amends and if applicable, make financial restitution.
What we ask of you
- You will be open, frank and honest with us at all times.
- To advise us as early as possible of any concerns you have about our work.
- To provide feedback about our service to help us to innovate and improve.
- To provide us with all the information we need to work with you on your strategy.
- To make the necessary time available to play your part in both the creation and implementation of your strategy.
- To the extent that they are affordable, you will make available the financial resources necessary to implement our recommendations.
- You will give consideration to introducing us to people who you believe would benefit from working with us.
