Corporate Chartered Financial Planners
Corporate ‘Chartered Financial Planners’ status allows firms to demonstrate their professional commitment to raising standards of knowledge, capability and ethical practice.
Chartered firms must ensure staff members acquire and retain the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver the highest quality advice. They must also work in an ethical manner that places clients’ interests at the heart of the advice they give.
With fewer than 300 firms of ‘Chartered Financial Planners’, it remains an exclusive and valuable distinction.
It also helps firms attract and retain the best staff. Talented professionals want to work for ambitious, principled organisations, and corporate Chartered status is a clear indicator of our professional standing.

We were delighted to be awarded the title of a Chartered Financial Planner firm from outset in December 2009. Chartered Financial Planner
At present, there are just over 1800 individual Chartered Financial Planners in the UK (as at October 2009). Although the profession expects this number to rise steadily as graduates start to see financial planning as a viable career alternative to some of the more established professions, at present, this is still a very niche qualification.
Chartered status demonstrates that the individual has achieved and must maintain the highest and most prestigious level of academic attainment and professional achievement.
Gianpaolo Mantini has held the Chartered Financial Planner status since 2008 and is on course for fellowship in the near future. The firm encourages and supports all employees to towards additional qualifications. |
